      In most cases it is also worth making sure that your system software is up to date, in particular the version of Java that you are using – make sure your system is compatible.

      UPGRADES, SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE (mandatory the first year);

      Applicable to both Workgroup and Enterprise versions @ 25% of the RRP includes All Upgrades, Support and Maintenance via email, remote and telephone support for one year

      Customers without the Support and Maintenance will have to pay the full RRP of any major upgrades.

      Further customised support models are available;

      Model 1

      • 5 tickets per year, 24/7 telephone/email, 1 hour reaction time, costs payable in advance.
      • Up to 8 hours included.

      Model 2

      • 24/7 remote monitoring only (reaction time 2 hours)
      • Monitoring hardware components, OS, FPS, Application Servers, DB and communicating with the customer on any problems.
      • Fixing problems at additional cost per hour and on best efforts basis.

      Model 3

      • 24/7 remote monitoring and operating (reaction time 1 hour)
      • Monitoring hardware components, OS, FPS, Application Servers, DB; OS and software upgrades, fixing problems. Up to 8 hours per month included, in the case of fixing problems, it is under the best efforts basis.
